Description

Less
This work is made by Shohei Ono, who is a potter in Kami City, Kochi Prefecture. It is a very beautiful piece with an iron pattern and glassy gradation that is created when the iron contained in the clay and glaze seeps out onto the surface through repeated high-temperature firing. The deep green texture is calming and beautiful. It is also a strong piece with a comfortable weight, making it ideal for everyday use. It can also be used in the microwave.
Please kindly note that each piece is handmade by the artist, so there are individual differences in appearance, size, and weight.
