(4) When it is necessary to cooperate with a national agency or local government, or a person entrusted by them, in executing affairs prescribed by laws and regulations, and obtaining the consent of the customer is likely to impede the execution of such affairs
5. Proper Acquisition of Personal Information
Our shop acquires personal information properly and does not acquire it by deception or other wrongful means.
6. Security Management of Personal Information
Our shop will provide necessary and appropriate supervision to its employees in order to ensure the security management of personal information against risks such as loss, destruction, alteration, and leakage of personal information. In addition, when outsourcing all or part of the handling of personal information, our shop will provide necessary and appropriate supervision to ensure that security management measures are implemented at the outsourcing destination.
7. Provision to Third Parties
Except in cases where disclosure is permitted under the Personal Information Protection Act and other laws and regulations, our shop will not provide personal information to third parties without the prior consent of the customer. However, the following cases do not fall under the provision to third parties as set forth above:
(1) When personal information is provided in conjunction with the outsourcing of all or part of the handling of personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use
(2) When personal information is provided in conjunction with the succession of business due to merger or other reasons
(3) When jointly used in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act
8. Disclosure of Personal Information
When a customer requests the disclosure of personal information based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act, our shop will confirm that the request is from the customer themselves and disclose the information to the customer without delay (if the relevant personal information does not exist, the customer will be notified to that effect). However, this does not apply when our shop is not obligated to disclose the information under the Personal Information Protection Act and other laws and regulations.
Personal information may be disclosed to payment companies for the purpose of identity verification, verification of the billing address, and credit investigation at the payment company.
9. Correction of Personal Information
When a customer requests the correction, addition, or deletion (hereinafter referred to as "correction") of the content of personal information based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act on the grounds that the personal information is untrue, our shop will confirm that the request is from the customer themselves, conduct necessary investigations without delay within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use, correct the content of the personal information based on the results, and notify the customer to that effect (if a decision is made not to make the correction, the customer will be notified to that effect). However, this does not apply when our shop is not obligated to make corrections under the Personal Information Protection Act and other laws and regulations.
10. Suspension of Use of Personal Information
When a customer requests the suspension of use or deletion (hereinafter referred to as "suspension of use") of personal information based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act on the grounds that the personal information has been handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use announced in advance or has been acquired by deception or other wrongful means, and the request is found to be justified, our shop will confirm that the request is from the customer themselves, suspend the use of the personal information without delay, and notify the customer to that effect. However, this does not apply when our shop is not obligated to suspend use under the Personal Information Protection Act and other laws and regulations.
11. Use of Cookies and Other Technologies
Our shop's services may use cookies and similar technologies. These technologies are useful for understanding the usage status of our shop's services and contribute to service improvement. Users who wish to disable cookies can do so by changing their web browser settings. However, please note that disabling cookies may prevent you from using some functions of our shop's services.
