Procedure:

  1. Within three days of receiving the product, please send the following information by email:
    • Your name
    • Home address
    • Email address
    • Product name and number
    • Description of the defect (please include photos if there is damage)
    • Order number (listed in the order confirmation email)
  2. Once the email is confirmed, we will provide instructions for returning the product. *The return shipping cost will be covered by our shop.
  3. After receiving the returned product, we will guide you through the refund process.
